@JetBlue Yes I understand but the first issue was an attendant who did not show up to work and that was created this entire mess. I understand things happen, however jet blue as a huge professional air lines should take care of their customers.
@JetBlue canceled our flight #523after we sat on the plane for 7 hours with many different lies! We are unable to get home for days now. No compensation or support for this matter. This is devastating I just want to go home.
@JetBlue This is disgusting how it is being handled. Why wouldn’t they have cancelled before 330 so we have an option to find a sooner flight.
Nothing makes sense and this whole situation is unprofessional and it continues to be handled unprofessionally.
@JetBlue We sat on the plane for over six hours was not offered food or drinks. Then we were forced down to the counter at baggage claim 1 and the employees there were not very kind.
@JetBlue Why were we given multiple stories from 945 am to 330 pm?The first one was due to staffing- if that is was started the delay then that is controlled! Were offered a flight for two days later I have to miss work, find care for my animals, pay a hotel and rental car!
@JetBlue@FrankRossi Why did this exact situation happen on a JFK-LAX flight? We sat on the plan for over 6 hours before they cancelled it! This doesn’t make sense why this would happen on multiple flights. This was handled unprofessionally and it continues to be handled unprofessionally.
@FrankRossi@JetBlue@FAANews Same exact thing for our JFK-LAX flight 523 and they can’t rebook us until Tuesday . No compensation or help with anything. We saw on the plane for from 9 am to almost 4pm! So upsetting
Okay, @JetBlue — you’re calling a cancellation of our flight until Monday AM a “delay,” avoiding appropriate compensation for passengers (B6 1826 — SAT to JFK), blaming crew time-out after some weather issues in JFK. This is wrong, and if we need to get the @FAANews involved, we will. Please rectify this immediately. Once again, this is defined as a cancellation by the FAA, and needs to be treated as such for people that were unable to rebook for hours based on erroneous “delay” messages, including at the baggage counter. Thank you.
Great to see former football player Kyu Oh '20 taking care of current 2/C OL Nate Mars & Randy Ruple. They are on board the American Freedom as a part of their Sea Year experience! #OURAcademy#SeaYear
