PerthSanta have always been brave enough to come close to their fans, even those standing in the very back or in the corners. They often walk into the crowd and make their way all the way to the last row because they trust us.

According to the OP, they're not sure whether the person who said it was part of the event staff or the mall's team. What they do know is that the person was wearing a shirt with "FIREFIGHTER" printed on the back.

I've never seen anything like this throughout my entire time as a Perth and Santa fan, and it's honestly unacceptable. I understand that managing such a huge crowd.. especially with the heavy rain yesterday must have been incredibly challenging for everyone working at the event but no matter how stressful the situation was, saying something like that about the artists is simply not okay. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.
