At 1015 AM EDT Doppler radar indicated a swath of heavy rain
moving across the warned area. Rainfall rates of up to 1 to 3
inches per hour were occurring. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly. This includes rapid ponding of water in urban poor
drainage areas.
