@Windstream my internet has been out almost 2 weeks. 21 phone calls and hours later it still does not work. Reliability was why I left you 2 years ago. Problems have not been resolved I see. Beyond frustrated.
@SanfordHerald Mandy Cox is to be commended for the effort she made to resolve delivery issues. Having only gotten 2 papers last week and 1 this week she brought papers to my house herself. And hopefully we will get them from our carrier now. Thank you Mandy!
@DukeEnergy I appreciate that but feel since it was incorrectly reported that we were restored it has cost us more time. I just want info to be corrected because we definitely do NOT have power
