How to dry brush effectively:
1. You want to massage your most important lymph nodes ( if you have more time you can massage as many as you want) in order to “open” them or draw more blood circulation to those points . I use my fingers in circular motions 5-10 times for each node
Behind your ear (where you have a small hole)
Temples
Collar bone
Armpits
Front of your elbow (where you bicep insertion ends)
Back of your knee
Groin (around the “bikini line”)
2. Take your brush and start from the bottom to the top. So start with your legs, then trunk, arms and face ( i would use a roller or a gua sha instead of a brush)
2.1 When doing your face, start with one side and then the other, dragging your gua sha or roller towards your temple and ear. After you’re done make downward motions from your jawline to your collarbone
3. There is no rule to where exactly you need to drag your brush. When working on your trunk, you can work your way to the groin, armpit or collarbone. As long as you’re aiming for a node it’s fine
4. Use a combination of long and short strokes. Think about when you’re using a broomstick. If you want to drag the dirt for a long distance, you will probably lose some on the way
5. Pop in your bathtub, drop some essential oils and relax
You can do this every day with a softer brush, but if you want to be sure you don’t over exfoliate your skin, aim for 3-4x/week
If you’re consistent you can see some depuffing, improve your circulation and toxin flushing
I agree with this 99%.
From the food perspective this is 100% reasonable but if i had to choose between saving a random human on the street or my dog…
My fluffy soulmate wins in a heartbeat
You’ll unfollow and cancel me for saying this, but I care about people much more than I care about animals. I do care about animals a lot… but I care about people so much more. Hope it is ok with you?
⚪️ Bring back hard wood, warm lights and forest green & burgundy combo
⚪️ Boar Ragu Pasta
⚪️ If pink is on the menu, i’ll have it
Btw we are so back
@teovito I have never heard of melon and ham haha but i will give it a try
As for the tuna with parmesan, i can see it working; i always put parmesan in my tuna pasta☺️
What’s a weird food combo that you inexplicably like?
For me it’s melon and cheese
Apparently my body knew something when it made me crave this because the fat from the cheese facilitates the absorption of vitamin A ☀️

@mkwest1005 For me it’s a trade off, i would never buy or talk about shein/temu/ other super fast fashion brands, I don’t ever go to Starbucks but i would like to talk about a book that i enjoyed, it is all about balance you can’t be perfect cause you ll go nuts
