An easy chest massage... but know this part of the chest is sensitive for everyone. Both men and women.
Heel of palm following the fibers feels great and you can use depth.
Cross fiber, against the grain (up and down) will create a bigger release but will feel more intense.
On your next date, single or in a relationship try giving a hand massage.
Hands are the easiest to massage and makes for great conversations.
On first dates I'll only give a massage if we've already in flow and there's a connection. It needs to feel organic.
How do you stay sane while juggling so many different parts of creativity?
This is the one thing I struggle with the most when it comes to productivity. Help!
THE MOST underrated massage we do at home!
Hand massage literally works anywhere. I've given hand massages while waiting in line, on picnics and at airport lounges.
I think couples default to back massage because we know it feels good, it makes us feel confident
Can you relax at the beginning?
No matter how good your massage is, your partner will be guarded at the beginning.
Its your job to help them chill before the massage. When theyre relaxed the massage is easier and the results better .
Things I do for her…
Same presentation as yesterday's class but different.
This is important because you can follow the same principles of a massage, change the setting slightly and now you have a new experience.
A new way to relax your partner
A new way to find connection
Things I do for her...
This massage is basic but it has everything couple needs to feel connected and relaxed. It's a good idea to swap roles and share massages.
You'll find the full class in the Head, Hands and Feet Module on my website | MasterClass PRO subscription.
When creativity calls! In this massage we combine a deep upper chest massage with a smooth shoulder return that leads all the way up to the top of the neck.
It’s so good it’ll make you partner drool!
NOTE: use body weight when pulling back through the neck for a deeper release

Naughty or Nice! You can include both.
CAUTION: the depth you create through body weight is insane! Do not do this if you’re dealing with heavy pack pain or disc herniation.
This massage comes from a Valentine’s Day routine that I created for you.
Valentine's is almost here! You can do this massage or follow the entire routine which is found on my website. There are 2 more massage routines waiting for you that I added to my website specifically for Valentine's Day.
See you in class!
Movies taught us that sitting on our partner butt is the most sensual place to massage at home... they are wrong!
I mean it works, but there's a better way, it's much hotter!
I"m adding more classes to my website - currently editing new classes that will be added to the neck and shoulders module. With creative places you can massage your partner at home.
Massage feels better when you change angles through the stroke. This rotational movement creates more intensity through the stroke making a deeper release.
Massage smarter, not harder.
Someone messaged me and said my classes too short...
So I looked for the shortest class I've ever made. I think this is it.
And then I created a sequence using those 2 circles and gave Jess a massage. And I filmed it. Who knew it works?
This is how I apply oil for the perfect leg massage - I follow the same formula for every leg massage that I do.
To be really good at something you must repeat the same steps over and over until your confident.
When you're confident, break the rules.
Choose your valentine’s experience: you do not need to fix your partner with every massage.
Sometimes a massage can be as simple as this, with laughter and conversation in complete comfort. Behind closed doors there are no rules.
Hamstrings can handle pressure, and lots of it! I use this technique often, it helps me massage deep without causing pain in my hands. You can fine tune this technique by adjusting the angle of your wrist and pressure.
NOTE: watch this class a few times. Notice how I react. And then take note of how my reaction influences Ruth’s technique, and peaks her interest.
This class is a good display of healthy communication and connection. As well as positive feedback and reassurance.
