4/4 I took it in to the service center last week and when i picked it up was surprised it wasn't fixed and no explanation. Right now it looks like they won't be able to see the car for THREE WEEKS. The service and communications has been abysmal. Nightmare.

3/4 I actually got this as a response today. The details are - the exterior door handles do not open the door. It's as simple as that!

2/4 Communications with Telsa is a nightmare as they only want you use the mobile app, they don't want you to actually speak to someone so it takes forever to communicate something very basic like "the exterior door handles do not open the door".

1/4 Having a Tesla is great experience until something goes wrong. For the last two weeks, my car doors and trunk won't open from the outside, which is pretty basic functionality for a car.

@KCPubHealth does the Directive to wear face coverings also include delivery drivers? Just had a FedEx driver deliver a package to our house that required a signature and he wasn't wearing a mask.
@FedExHelp just had a delivery driver at my house for a package that required signature and they were not wearing a face mask. Is that how FedEx is protecting the public during a global pandemic?
@TMobile why is the iPhone ordering system always broken on the first day? I've been trying to order one for 15 minutes and getting one error after another with your system! Frustrating!!
