The food order was taken my pantry person and then the entire orders were cancelled. My MOM, 75 years, had the most nightmarish experience. She didn’t have her medication and had hard time. Indian railways had our night starved and miserable..🙏🙏

Today, I tried making another urgent b'king with MA. When I finally reached a MA agent, I was told to disconnect and redial, selecting option '3.' The problem - no '3' option av'able in their voice menu! T's really tests a customer's patience & problem-solving skills. Seriously.
