@chris_hurney Values and principles are by definition not a benchmark but may might guide your current practices. I find using Kanban and Scrum useful in many cases as Lean thinking makes waste in your existing practices transparent.

@chris_hurney Scrum is one way to use empiricism to have a done increment of product early and often. It takes practice, and isn't easy but saves you having to re-invent a lot of things.

@fabsh Journalists should be more aware of the human tendency to look for results to match our opinions, more than the average person. But if everyone knows that is happening I don't think censorship will do anything but harm.

@fabsh In journalism, definitely. But in empirical research it is also a huge problem - spectacular results get published whereas boring replication studies don't.
