Private Jet Lands On Concrete Road In Asaba
A private jet carrying four crew members sparked alarm on Wednesday after landing on a concrete roadway still under construction. The aircraft then reportedly took off for Lagos without regulatory clearance, raising serious safety and security concerns.
Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo has ordered a full investigation, describing the incident as a major breach of aviation regulations.

@iamHSDickson We were asked to come back next week, but there was no assurance that the machines would be working or that anyone would actually get registered.
What made it even more frustrating was meeting a man who said this was his third visit, yet he was still being told the same story.
@iamHSDickson I took my family to the INEC office in Ota, Ogun State today for biometric registration, only to be told that their machines were faulty and no one could be registered.
Two things show out here.
First, you actually know how to spell Obidient correctly.
Second, and more importantly, you have just exposed how easy APC access INEC’s database
A supposed independent agency for elections is being accessed at will to show and prove a very minor engagement as Emeka Ike’s true roots, so imagine what they will do to grab the elections.
APC has access to the admin website of INEC which is supposed to be only accessible by the Independent body alone.
So is INEC independent enough to hold this elections in 2027?
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
1. My son, currently in 400 Level Medicine and Surgery scored 333 in JAMB but his name did not even APPEAR on the Admission List. I was later told by the Institution that, my son could be offered Micro Biology. I told the Registrar of the institution POINT BLANK that, "I have spent HUGELY (Several Millions of Naira) to get my Son to this Point of Entry (PoE) to become a Medical Doctor and not to become a Biology Teacher through her offer of Micro Biology. This Registrar was so MEAN. She simply told me, we are very sorry, Micro Biology is the BEST we can OFFER your son.
2. At this Juncture, I proceeded to JAMB Headquarters, Abuja to meet with Prof. Oloyede who swiftly asked for my son's JAMB details, punched these details into his laptop and everything concerning the university came up on his screen.
3. Prof. Oloyede said and I quote: "Dr. Muyiwa Kayode, please go back home and sleep with your two eyes closed. From what I am seeing on my screen, your son is No.3 on the List of Medicine and Surgery of this institution with a JAMB SCORE of 333 which comes behind two other JAMB scores of 348 & 334 respectively. Unfortunately, none of these chaps, including your Son (i.e JAMB Score 348, 334 and 333) made the Admission List"
4. Prof. Oloyede continued and I quote: "Dr. Muyiwa Kayode, in SANE countries, this Institution should have sent the College Driver with an official vehicle to go and fetch your son from Ekiti to campus having projected himself into the MERIT LIST of this Institution but unfortunately, the endemic corruption in these institutions will just not allow them to follow Due Process"
5. Right in my presence, Prof. Oloyede put a call through to the Vice Chancellor of this Institution, setting his phone on speaker and spoke angrily at the Vice Chancellor, lamenting on the endemic corruption under his nose as it concerns university admission. This Vice Chancellor apologized to Prof. Oloyede saying what has just happened must have been an ERROR of OVERSIGHT on the part of his Management Team & promised Prof. Oloyede that he will personally ensure the Error of Oversight is corrected.
6. Within 24 hrs of that conversation between Prof. Oloyede and the Vice Chancellor, my son checked the university's Admission Portal and discovered his name has been INCLUDED as Number Three on the admission list while the names of the other chaps that scored 348 & 334 also appeared on the admission list as Number One and Number Two respectively.
7. The good news in all of these is that, my son that would have been CRIMINALLY denied admission ab-initio now TOPS his class with a G.P.A of 4.85
This is neither Federal nor State government doing... Every sector of the economy in Nigeria is corrupt.

*SOWORE DEFEATS THE CP AND IGP IN LAGOS COURT TODAY!*
Today’s judgment stands as a loud constitutional warning against the abuse of state power in Nigeria.
Justice M. Kakaki of the Federal High Court Lagos, has in a judgement delivered and read for one hour and thirty minutes, ruled against the Commissioner of Police of Lagos, CP Moshood Jimoh and the IGP Egbetokun in the case filed by Omoyele Sowore to challenge his being declared wanted in Lagos on the 3rd of November 2025 and awarded ₦30 million in damages against the CP and the IGP.
The court reaffirmed a fundamental truth: no Nigerian can be criminalized for speaking, protesting, or holding government accountable. Declaring a citizen wanted without lawful authority is not policing, it is oppression, and our Constitution firmly rejects it.
This victory is not merely for Omoyele Sowore but it belongs to every Nigerian who refuses to surrender freedom to intimidation.
The Court awarded ₦30 million in damages against the CP and the IGP. But let it be clearly stated: money was not the true reward of this case. The real victory lies in the profound jurisprudential value of the judgment.
In a deeply reasoned decision grounded in law and history, the Court condemned the lawlessness of the Commissioner of Police and held the Inspector-General of Police accountable for that misconduct. The Court traced the historical practice of declaring citizens wanted and made it clear that the law has evolved: only a court of law, upon issuance of a warrant, proper notice, and proof that a citizen is evading lawful process, can authorize such declaration.
The Court held that:
the pronouncement of the CP of 27 October 2025, warning Omoyele Sowore to stay away from Lagos, was arbitrary, unconstitutional, and beyond police powers.
the declaration of 3 November 2025 branding Sowore wanted was illegal, ultra vires, unconstitutional, and a grave abuse of power.
The misconduct of the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, attracted judicial condemnation, and the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, was held liable for that improper exercise of authority.
This judgment restores constitutional order.
We salute the courage of the Court for standing firmly on the side of justice, liberty, and constitutional governance. We appreciate this courage demonstrated by our court, where power bows before law and freedom prevails over intimidation.
One problem with Nigerians is the lack of will to consolidate on their gain. Nigerians must now stand up to consolidate on this historical donation by the judiciary, that asking questions is not a crime in Nigeria and that citizenship is not obedience to unlawful authority.

Citizens of AMAC, the best way to send a loud message and hold APC, Tinubu & Wike accountable for their failures is by coming out en masse to vote ADC.
This election is too important to sit out
The way to start killing APC is by voting massively for ADC on Saturday
Vote Dr MO!
"It will get worse before it gets better."
Did Alex Otti tear Abia State down before he started developing it? Did the people go through little baby steps of pain?
Yes, based on verified reports. Peter Obi made personal donations to various healthcare facilities in 2025 totaling around ₦280 million or more (e.g., ₦210m in Q1 alone per CSAAE). The federal health ministry received only ₦36m out of ₦218bn capital budget, as confirmed by Minister Pate and outlets like Vanguard and Guardian.
