@SoonerTom To me eye candy IS the forecast…of the model. It becomes a human’s forecast when they take ownership of it in some manner We (collectively) are still “here” because we add value to models. The AFD today had a good and gentle discussion of why folks should not “eat” eye candy.

@SoonerTom I was in the F1 area of damage in an F4 tornado when I was 12. Did really suffer PTSD as a result. My coping mechanism was to become a Meteorologist and help people with weather safety plans. It helped me and I know it helped destress others to have a plan and know what to do.
