$ERII - Middle East water desalination play. $77M net cash. $480M mkt cap. 4.2x NTM EV/Sales (v 6.3x median). 11x LTM EV/EBITDA v 32x median (lumpy). Withdrew guidance due to Iran War, but I think some of the bulls are conflating the 30% Q4 earnings dip (in Feb) with the 20% dip in May. The Feb dip had nothing to do with the war, it was about project delays and CO2 wind-down. May guidance withdrawal was war-related, but it gave them cover for any ongoing issues. Lumpy project-based rev. Desalination is a strong trend (exacerbated by AI). Upside from war ending and re-instituting guidance. Also would benefit if war escalated and water infra was attacked.
No recent write-ups on YB (though I think one is in the queue).
