→ Verhuis je binnen de EU, dan krijg je automatisch uitstel van betaling.

→ Na tien jaar kun je kwijtschelding vragen. Dan hoef je het nooit meer te betalen.

→ Koop je je pensioen of lijfrente af, dan moet je wél betalen.

→ Heb je een eigen bv met 5% of meer van de aandelen? Dan blijft de aanslag over je aandelen onbeperkt geldig. Laat dat narekenen.

Het belangrijkste: gooi die brief niet weg. Over tien jaar heb je hem nodig om kwijtschelding te vragen.
