Yep. Vance's rhetoric has already solidified my decision to move out of United States with my family, and my 17 year son to become oleh next fall after he graduates from a Jewish day school in Denver. He was referring to the June 14 IDF strike that made Trump mad. Below is the video showing the aftermath of the strike. You can see it was clearly targeted at an apartment. The building is intact. Only three people were killed, and Hezbollah confirmed that they were their members, and no building collapsed. No other people were killed.
