I received several constructive pieces of feedback that I believe are worth noting.

Suggestion 1: (This already suggested by someone else in the group I'm just mentioning it again for ease of read)

As X and others have mentioned, reduce the allocation of the 75-100k tokens and redistribute these numbers back to the community by decreasing the maximum cap.

Decrease higher allocations using a tiered system (e.g., original 100k > 80k, 80k > 65k).

Many complaints suggest that 100k is excessive and many concerns indicating that the base tokens - 100k gap is too large.

Suggestion 2:
Reallocate a portion of the planned community tokens earlier to the lower-tier allocations and increase the number of eligible wallets.

Alternatively, this portion could come from the team or investor allocations.

Community suggestion: Increase the airdrop supply from 17.5% to 20%.

Suggestion 3:
Set an earlier deadline for everyone to claim their tokens. Tokens not claimed by this date should be redistributed equally among those who did their claims. (could do a mix and help with the lower tier allocation)

Suggestion 4:
Collab with LayerZero and consider using their Sybil list. Many people are complaining about obvious Sybils with near-identical wallet stats receiving 50-100k tokens. (seen screenshots myself, not sure if true)

This process could have been handled better, and the excess tokens from these sybils could've been re-used and redistributed to the community.

Suggestion 5:
Reward long-term zkSync users. Many OG users fe;t neglected despite their significant contributions and time investment yet resulting in ineligibility.

The overall main goals are to:

- Enhance lower-tier allocations (e.g., base cap of 1k)
- Increase the number of eligible wallets

(These two points above are the main goals/complaints)

Additional Suggestions:

Consider allocating tokens based on gas spent. This could ease community tension, ensuring they didn't "lose" anything beyond time.

There are also numerous complaints about returning gas fees.

Other Popular Complaints: (maybe worth explaining it again/in detail)

- Why airdrop to Bonsai and Degens?
- Why aren't volume and transaction counts included?
- Why are holders of omnibus wallets not receiving tokens?
- Sybils with many wallets receiving near-max allocations
- Unclear eligibility instructions

These suggestions have been filtered from community feedback and could be combined/mixed to form a better solution.
