2. Inside HQ, Codex and other AI startups have dedicated offices where they hold office hours for NVIDIA employees. Never seen anything like this!
I assume because no other large tech company is the kind of "platform" for so much of the tech industry like NVIDIA. The Codex team is v popular here btw as I heard!
This is CRAZY news. I worked with Paul at Apple on AR/VR. He’s been there for 15+ years and his team pulled off absolute miracles. Things that have never been done in the history of manufacturing or hardware design. INSANE hire
@1ohabra@jxnlco Yeah conventional, never really learned how to sumo.
I agree that everyone should be fiber-maxxing, but I wasn't aware of the protein-cancer link.
Iirc meta-analyses showed dose-dependent muscle growth up to ~1.6 g/kg/day of protein. Is that outdated now?
@zing22000 I agree; doesn't matter how large the tree is if it falls in a forest with no one around.
We are partnering with the USG to prove out our safeguards so that we can get the thumbs up for broader rollout!
Sol is a noticeable step forward in coding, and is a real step function improvement for design related tasks like slide decks.
Sol’s adept usage of subagents is also creating emergent approaches for tackling our toughest problems.
Excited to increasingly roll this out to everyone!
Introducing a limited preview of GPT-5.6 Sol, our next generation frontier model, as well as GPT-5.6 Terra, a balanced model for efficient, everyday work, and GPT-5.6 Luna, a fast and affordable model for high-volume work.

@auchenberg@GergelyOrosz Essentially. We are partnering closely with Nvidia to ensure that they are able to leverage Codex to its max potential.
We also get valuable product feedback that helps us improve Codex itself.

As code generation explodes with AI agents, it's clear that the code review process must evolve as well.
This has become my main modality for reviewing not only my own code, but also the PRs of coworkers.
Give it a try and let us know how you do code review in the age of AI!
The bottleneck in coding is now the time it takes a human to review agent-generated code.
But existing review UIs don't work well for agents.
So we built a new one into Amp.
This popped up in my feed today after a user(likely a bot) necro'd the post.
As a PM at Sourcegraph, I strongly recommend you try out our new release, Deep Search! It turbocharges your examples around understanding your product's codebase, allowing you to have natural-language conversations about the code's architecture, limitations, etc.
I use it every day and haven't a seen a product with stronger PMF.

@normarayr While grok-code offers free inference on many providers today, that will not hold true forever. Amp Free will persist beyond that kind offer from xAI.
@hellosunghyun We released Amp Free today, to help with that! Pay for smart mode when you need it, and use free mode for simple tasks.
