@easyJet this has been a nightmare for my son and his 2 friends stranded in faro airport. Their flight canceled and no help from staff at the airport. Manged to exchange to another flight to Liverpool and paid extra of their own money for connecting flight home and then cancelle

Due to having to book flight with another airline. This is unacceptable. I also spent 45 minutes waiting for a call to be answered and nothing as the call center closed at 8pm at times this this the call center should be open for this kind of emergency.
