@BISSELLclean I would recommend not shipping orders with @FedEx because they beat the boxes up bad and are always late. My latest order was late and the box was beat to hell and now you're having to send me another one. Either switch from Fedex or you have to start over boxing.

@tdstelecom Your billing system SUCKS! Way worse than Spectrum. Any time you make a change to your account you close the old account and just make a new and then charge a fee to pay off the balance on the old account over the phone. This is likely illegal.

@RokuSupport This only happens with Netflix. The Netflix app is just not good. It's almost as bad as the prime video apps.

@netflix Your Roku and Fire TV apps are horrendous. Auto preview when you are just trying to navigate around is ridiculous, have to mute the audio just to keep me from leaving the Netflix app. Continue where you left off usually is no where to be found. #cancelnetflix?

@amazon @PrimeVideo Your Fire TV app is godawful. It's like it was designed by someone that doesn't watch TV. You could use Netflix as a baseline just don't do the auto preview crap. Prime video search and watching a show is very unintuitive. App needs work.
