@GeauxGabrielle This happened to me as well with Edfinancial. Would reverse all of my payments and haven’t been able to make a payment i think ever. Submitted to CFPB & BBB with no luck. Gonna try to consolidate and switch. Seems to be a corrupt @$$ interest scam! Customer service dont work too!
