@revodavid I was one told that I was being aggressive and that the attendant couldn't help me... I only asked "since it is 5 days out of warranty, and clearly a hardware problem, is there anything you can do?" I wasn't happy, but I didn't yell or anything, I just asked.

@Delta seriously? It is 1am when we finally get to a hotel, and it isn't the one we should have been booked in! Dropped in a 4 star with it's name on my voucher only to be told that I am supposed to be in a 3 star 10 minutes further up the road.
