I was talking to a good friend of mine on Monday afternoon and he was convinced that China had no choices left but to make a deal with Trump to lower the tariffs. Plain and simply, I said no… Donald Trump went fly fishing in a slow moving, shallow stream. China, on the other hand are accustomed to swimming in the deep end. They referred to the tariffs as economic warfare, not a game of chicken with some taxes. Hence, in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, China has pulled out some of the stops and elevated this, as people who knows about China should have expected, and forbidden all American companies from doing business in China. For China, this is a matter of honour, not chicken. XI can't be seen to be capitulating to the west or it will make them look weak. They are now going to show Donald Trump, the God of making deals, that you can't really fly fish in the ocean. What a complete mess. At least I told one person so.

@Bakari_Sellers Oh this Canadian SO wishes he could have phoned @cnn during that tariff, tax if you prefer as they're the same thing, section. As for this section, put the congressperson's husband in the equation instead of the man who was a clerical issue. DACA is a legal reason to be here... for now. On the deportation list, you get -4 for having a tattoo OF ANY KIND.

@potus @flotus I hate to say this, but I honestly feel that nothing will change with the whole ‘gun issue’ until, and this is not a threat or anything, a school for the socially elite gets a mass shooter. When actors, politicians, sports stars, musicians, etc. feel the same pain that so many ‘regular American’ families and students have gone through, heads will spin by how quickly assault rifles vanish and gun purchases become at least as difficult as running a credit check to get a mortgage, a car, or anything else as simple as that. I just don’t understand some of the fanatics, on the far right of the gun debate, who seem to want guns to be available to people even younger than 18 and in less than 10 minutes flat.

With all of the comments about what a President can have Seal Team 6 do has me thinking that President Biden, or the DOJ/CIA/NSA/FBI etc., should black bag Tucker when he returns, if he returns, and charge him for treason, passing info to a war criminal, fraternizin, or whatever. A deep hole with his name on it should be in the bowels of some structure while he gets interrogated.
