Little update : per conversation between council and mum. Abestos positive but not in the air when tested. Will ask gp for check given test after 4 years after ceiling falling down tomorrow. Thankfully no abestos in air after 4 years. Toilet leaks to downstairs so no toilet atm.

Over 3 and a half years and multiple calls to the council @lambeth_council to try to fix. Sink flows under bath and leaks, Using the shower will leak into the ceiling. Council's contractor's only solution was to gorrila tape part of the bath with panels. But not fixed.
