Pathetic service experience. 4th week and still TV is not fixed. Been told that the replacement part that was sent was also faulty. @SamsungKorea Request you to not sell products in India if you cannot fix your product even after 4 weeks.

Called customer service thrice today..to get status on refund that they promised and is shown as processed at their end. The supervisor didn’t bother to call back. @SamsungIndia @Samsung. I think they must be busy, any coordinates of MD or CEO. May be can give some clarity.

Bkc to Thane. Started Evening 6:30. Total time 2hr 20 mins.. 45mins to just get out of BKC using connector.. now Map is showing ETA 8:50.. This is quality of life after paying almost 35% pay n tax..
