Amendment 3 provides historic property relief for homestead properties. It does not impose or “shift” any taxes. In fact, commercial properties (including apartment complexes) have their property tax exposure reduced from 10% annual valuation increases under current law to 5% maximum valuation increases under Amendment 3.

I'm grateful to the 1346 doctors, nurses, scientists, politicians, media figures and citizens who see the urgency of pulling these dangerous products off the market and have the courage to sign our letter to Kennedy and Trump.
