@DoorDash Food delivered to wrong address. GPS and photographic proof show it was wrong. No refund? Isn’t that a breach of your policy? The evidence proves a ‘non-delivery? Picture looks like Elm Grove to me. Ordered to Bluestone way. This is your mess up. I demand compensation.

@Uber_Support So, I just made a grocery order. Asked in chat for driver to take an item off because the rplcmnt was 25% more expensive. She removed it. I asked her why it showed as packed. She said I would be refunded after. I have been rejected by Uber. No refund. Theft. Angry.

I have been told on DM to ‘leave. Review’ I have left a review, filed a customer service help twice with attached photos proving the food was wrong and yet still no one is getting bck to me. Disgusting.

@Uber_Support Its really really frustrating, when you are quoted 5-15 mins, it take 30+ minutes. Your coffee is cold and the order is wrong. ANNOYED!
