Hoping everyone had a restful Eid break, and we continue to hope the park at Executive Towers can be saved 🙏 😀 🌳🌴
Did you know? Green spaces in cities reduce air pollution, dampen noise & help cooling down in summer.
I hope for the relevant authorities to intervene and save this park!

Community park torn apart. They have come for the trees too. Shows that some developers will always put profit before planet. @DubaiProperties gave us no notice & a half baked response saying plot never belonged to them. Corporate social responsibility, hello?
Residents of the Executive Towers are rallying to save this park in Business Bay. Dubai Properties told The National that the plot has always been zoned as a development plot and not a common area. The playground amenities will be relocated, they added

@SaveOurETPark@DubaiProperties Commercial gains have taken the fore, while completely disregarding the commitment towards residents. Sadly, now our track is under 1km in length and not eligible for the challenge. @DubaiProperties, please help residents stay healthy and replace the facilities that have been dug up.
The park wasn't just for kids. Last year for the ET Community was the first residents' group to participate in the @DXBFitChallenge as a Corporate, and secured 7th place due to the park jogging track.
