@Krem101600@alpha_defense I guess, you don't know about the logistical challenges & importance of options to be readily available. today's investment in light tank will gives fruitful results for Main battle tanks & other technologies. Expand your thoughts bro.
@Defencematrix1 i have been there in Jan 2025, Great work done by BRO.
Kudos to all the team members involved in real time execution, it takes lots of dedication & hard work at such climatic conditions... Team HIMANK.. Thumbs up👍👍
@Rethik_D Fuel tank insulation will not give any additional benefits these days as the high octane fuel is easily accessible to forces at cold climatic condition & that too doesn't freeze easily, what we should consider is that separation of water content from fuel more accurately.

I have been in the same vicinity for two months (Dec22-Jan23) during peak winter, when lowest temp. was below -15 deg & during off day visits Gurudongmar Lake. It holds mesmerizing views,semi-frozen lake covered snowy & dry mountains combo. #blessed with #work
“In the mountain, stillness surges up to explore its own height; in the lake, movement stands still to contemplate its own depth.”

Through the lens of Capt. Sumit Bhatnagar, an ex-pilot with the Indian Navy, comes this surreal vision of Gurudongmar Lake in Sikkim.
Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world at an elevation of 5,430 m
