When we put a request for new connections for wifi then immediately within 20 minutes someone calls from your office but when it’s time for service then they hang up calls on you! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

But now he says we need router and extension and everything and we need to make a payment of 2300 on his number which we did and then he never showed up! It’s been 2 months now and every day we are complaining in airtel office and no one is responding!!
