@andybudd We recently had all wider squad meetings cancelled so that we could be more efficient. Everyone is now siloed and unaware what others are working on. I get being efficient, but we’ve gone too far the other way now and lost that connection with other areas. It’s a balance for sure

Can you only imagine getting to the airport (because you’ve been told to) only to be told it’s not going ahead (even after Mco have announced they’re closed). Had nothing but good experiences with virgin customer service but this isn’t it
