I fully understand the "personal touch" of humans over AI for customer support. But being on the phone for over an hour with IONOS just to get a refund on an incorrectly charged invoice makes me think a sterile chatbot maybe would have not been that bad...
@Anthropic so when Claude admits it lied and the lies again till you prove it altered code without permission. How exactly are you supposed to trust it to code??
@GergelyOrosz Maybe he has time traveled back from 5 yrs in the future. The more I use AI the more I need to learn code to understand the weird stuff it does.
