We could only stay one nite and made Hilton find me another hotel... only to discover an hour before check in at that new place, it was being closed because of Covid-19 infections,..so had to check in to a third place. What is it with #HiltonHotels?

#EmbassySuitesSantaAna This place is an absolute disaster. EEK !!! Dirty carpets, torn upholstery, AC not working, in-room safe malfunctioned, sink not cleaned, desk chair base broken. Changed rooms three times and NOT following Hilton's own SafeClean Procedures. Nasty.

#hiltonhotel Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, CA does NOT follow their own CleanSafe protocols for cleaning their rooms, carpets are dirty, chair broken, safe didn't work and AC malfuctioned. Changed rooms THREE Times. Been on hold for 58 minutes, 43 seconds and can't reach anyone.
