@WallStreetApes I'm a landlord and I own some rent controlled and non rent controlled units. For the rent controlled ones, I always raise them the maximum that i'm allowed to because otherwise I lose it. For the non rent controlled one, i haven't raised it in a few years.

If she does her landlords are disgusting. I hate rent control, and I think it's very bad policy, but I also hate landlords that behave like this. You get a few predatory people like this and it leads to lousy laws.
