Dr. Mukhtar's discriminatory practices must end! On March 13, 2023, Rana Tanvir Sahib resolved the degree attestation issue for Global University students, but ignored students from other universities facing the same issue, despite legislative orders. This blatant favoritism by the HEC Chairman violates Article 25 of the Constitution, ensuring equality before the law.
