This is not good enough. “Unaware” really is “we couldn’t be bothered”. All public services need to re-examine budgeting for accessibility of a project/event/campaign - accessibility (i.e ISL interpretation) can’t be an afterthought. @irishexaminer

@jqfonseca When you mean inclusive - are you including people with disabilities for example? It’s relatively easy applying these tips in a general sense, however - when it comes to an open discussion, or questions and answers, or break times - that is when good chairing shines, or fails.
