Top tip: Always do a test run with colleagues before conducting virtual user tests.

Yesterday I had issues with MS Teams allowing me to share my screen which had the prototype I was testing with users. I usually use Zoom and assumed it would just work. Preparation is key! #UX

Write copy for real people

In January 1996, Bill Gates wrote an essay titled ‘Content is King’ where he explained that high-quality content is the key to success.

Keep copywriting simple and make it fun. No font choice or colour palette can replace good content.
