@TheHost_ Threatened HOA action, got kicked back apparently to sort it out amicably between neighbors. Had to get an arborist to assess (cost $1.5k) and certify no danger to property, roots are softer than Oaks so can’t be the culprit. Reminds me every 6 months or so if I changed my mind🤦🏻‍♂️

@TheHost_ Similar with our neighbors. He wanted and still wants that we cut down 2 healthy redwood trees in our backyard cuz apparently the roots clogged his sewer line or something. He never had problem for the last 25+ yrs while the trees were growing and now he is gunning for it…1/2

@it_unprofession I live in a 2 floors house, so the stair master machine is practically there for me, a treadmill that is housing spiders and a rowing machine whose water is condensing and evaporating slowly daily! But “I feel good” that I can take charge of my own health at any time at home🤷🏻‍♂️👍🏽

@JuddLegum Consider this S39 starship just demoed orbital flight with dummy satellite deployment. Each Falcon deploys 23, SS will deploy 100s. By end of 2027 both SS and booster will be recoverable. AI6 satellite prototypes would be ready by then. Come 2028, if SS deploys them $160 will 🚀

@bourscheid It’s a question of sustainability. How long can $1T sustain the problems of the world? Ok so you pay for building ~5B houses who pays for recurring (utility bills, transportation, meals, healthcare, old age care, education,,,,)? Or for how many months/years? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
