@BestBuy Bought Open Box Exclnt Samsung ring w/ 2yr GS plan. 25 dys ltr, it has a batt. error & won't hold a charge. Req service on BB site, says bring in for exchange. Bring in, no exchange, no refund, just store credit... unless I buy a $179.99 BB Membership! Scam! Shame BB!

@WyzeCam I update my wifi router & I have to COMPLETELY RESET & set up EVERY cam I own?! Some are 15+ ft high, on my house! Seriously?! I've even paid for unlimited for yrs, but this?! If I have to climb up there anyway, I may as well replace the cameras w/ a different brand. smh

Just because the abuse isn't in person & it isn't a PHYSICAL assault doesn't make it any less abusive. How much blood is already on your hands from rewarding these employers for abusing employees? How much more will there be before you stand up & stop it, instead of promoting it.

@PALaborIndustry How could you side with a blantantly abusive employer, who (all while constantly yelling) bullied & belittled an employee for 6 hours straight, to the point where they couldn't perform their job and were in full blown tears, just to get them to quit?!?!

Meanwhile, the ex-employee gets to lose their home, possessions, and possibly their life as they deal with the life-threatening physiological repercussions of the abuse reactivating serious PTSD. All because you decided employee abuse is acceptable in the workplace.

@amazon Fix your list sorting! Every other major retailer has figured out the 'sort by date' function & does it by default. Your lists show whatever from whenever, no matter how its sorted. It's impossible to find saved items to compare and purchase... unless that's your intent?

@BestBuySupport I drove 5 hours to pick up a monitor. Open box excellent. It was actually fair! Missing pieces, missing essential parts, missing cords, and a deep nick on the side. CS says call the store... but the number ALWAYS goes to the call center. I don't know why I can't get assistance with this? It's the absolute last one in the company! I don't want to return it for a lesser model or a refund. All I'm asking is to be compensated for the price difference between excellent and fair condition. I don't understand why that's so difficult. I literally have to buy the missing parts, used, on ebay. I'm not asking for miracles... just fair compensation for the condition difference. It will likely cost more than that to replace the missing parts.
