I'm glad I could put this book together.
"The Power of System and Structure."
It talks about building a solid system and structure from a leadership, management, and administrative perspective.

@SolaTheAnalyst The case of Canada is either a monopoly economy or Oligopoly, I think.
I know some people would say it is because of our population, but I totally disagree.
Bell/Rogers.
West Jet/Air Can
Canada Post.
Labatt Breweries/Molson Coors
Should we allow free entry & fair competition?
Many Nigerians in Diaspora would love to return home.
The only issue stopping them is insecurity.
If the government can tackle this menace and guarantee security of lives and properties, millions will return home and invest more in the economy.
Fix the insecurity problem now.
@WorkElizab All I see here is a beautiful piece of art. Wonderful kids!
No destruction in sight for me.
Just 1 rain, and everything is probably wiped completely.
Relax Elizabeth, you got your engagements on this post though.
😁😁
I once grew up in a Lagos where even goats were safe to roam the surrounding streets and definitely return to their shelter.
Many years have passed, I doubt if this is still a thing?😁
Not saying goats should return, but Nigeria shall be great. Insecurity/insurgency shall be gone
@40PlusImmigrant I would never understand why Canada didn't take the hosting advantages and privileges to grow the economy. Built more worldclass stadium, expand the transportation system and more.
But I guess it is intentional, to keep the national sport identity.
@SolaTheAnalyst I later realized that my emotional game could have actually caused me to fail sef.
I can imagine her thinking about the danger I could pose to the newborn if she passes me.
Sometimes, we want to act smarter, but that is what eventually costs us.
Thanks for sharing your stories!
@SolaTheAnalyst I share the same mindset as you my brother.
Our political space in NGR, across board, needs to do better.
If there are accessible basic amenities, the common man wouldn't bother about running after politicians.
Nevertheless, I only wanted to point out another side we may ignore.
@Bejiwale Behind every accent is a powerful story to be told.
While there shouldn't be any pressure, it makes sense to learn & change a way of communicating, esp pronunciation.
It should come naturally & without struggle. Yes! It helps us integrate faster.

Btw Jan 2023 & April 2025, total losses to financial fraud in Nigeria were estimated at over ₦320B.
Unfortunately!
@cedathewiper_ Quite Interesting!
But then, there is also the danger of system hack or data breach, with free wifi shared networks like this.
Sometimes, if it is free, you are the product!
@SamuelOmogor@PoliceNG The day we start honoring integrity and competency over tribal bias, the better for us as a people.
It is unbelievable that some people have this evil tribalistic narrative & witchcraft mentality about, and they call it strategy, dominance or politics.

@guzu_p Lord have mercy! 😀😀
You can be good looking, wealthy, tall, famous and still be a loser with low self-esteem.
Omo mehnnnn... see inside life!
The game might be brutal but it's still fair.
Damn it you shot many arrows.
Those lines hit so hard, damn it!
What a blend of words.
Child birth takes a lot from women.
Some would gain weight, lose career, health issues & others.
Among such is loss of interest in s3x.
Many women are only engaged in s3x just to keep their marriage.
This is where men should step forward & help instead of complaining.

The Winter Olympics is currently underway.
With millions of Nigerians in diaspora, we have the potential to field athletes at all level of games.
This is a global strength @nidcom_gov should really consider.
Madam @abikedabiri, please we can make this work ma.
