@dr_ericberg Can you mix forms? If malate only absorbs 40% can you safely take extra (like the B vitamins?)

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

This is very helpful info!

[Dr. Eric Berg DC @dr_ericberg]

Magnesium supplements contain different forms of magnesium. Let’s take a look at them, starting with the worst.

1. The worst magnesium - Magnesium oxide is the worst yet most common magnesium supplement. It only has a 4% absorption rate. It’s also very expensive!

2. Magnesium sulfate has a 10% absorption rate and a high laxative effect. It may help relax your muscles superficially.

3. Magnesium orotate has a 15% absorption rate. This form of magnesium can penetrate the cell and increase energy. Magnesium orotate also works as an antioxidant and supports the DNA.

4. Magnesium taurate has a 20% absorption rate and supports heart health, blood pressure, and the nervous system.

5. Magnesium lactate has a 25% absorption rate and is more gentle on the GI system. It supports the cardiovascular system and can improve energy. Magnesium lactate is often used topically, which may be beneficial for your muscles.

6. Magnesium citrate has a 30% absorption rate. It can help prevent kidney stones and is good for cardiovascular issues and blood pressure. It can also help with detoxification.

7. Magnesium malate has a 40% absorption rate. It’s beneficial for chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

8. Magnesium threonate has a 75% absorption rate. It supports cognitive function and is a good form of magnesium for sleep.

9. The best magnesium - Magnesium glycinate is the most absorbable type of magnesium. There are a lot of magnesium glycinate benefits. It’s gentle on the GI system, helps prevent muscle spasms, supports sleep and relaxation, and reduces stress. Magnesium glycinate may help relieve migraines and won’t interfere with other minerals.

Dr. Eric Berg, DC, not MD; information only

@dr_ericberg I have a hard time taking glycinate. A dose of the kind I buy is 3 pills, but I am so groggy half the morning even if I only take .Thanks for sharing this- I literally was going to ask you about this yesterday but doubted if you would even see it.

Don’t know who St Jerome is, but accurate

[Carlos Erazo @CarlosErazoGTG]

I wish somebody would’ve taught me this before I started reading my Bible.

If you want to know who Jesus is, read the book of John.

If you want to go deeper into your identity in Christ, read the book of Ephesians.

If you want to learn how to live in holiness in a GODLESS culture… read the book of 1 Corinthians.

If you want to have wisdom for life, read the book of Proverbs.

If you want to know the origin of the universe and everything that exists, and why the world is broken today, read the book of Genesis.

If you want to understand the Gospel and learn what you should believe as a Christian, read the book of Romans.

If you want to understand why life without God has no meaning (even if you achieve success, status, money, and pleasure…) read Ecclesiastes.

If you want to learn how to find joy in the midst of your trial and suffering, read Philippians.

If you want to hear how the church was born and what the first Christians did through the power of the Holy Spirit, read the book of Acts.

If you want to learn how to put your faith into practice, read the book of James.

If you want to learn how to pray with honesty, even in the midst of lament, read the book of Psalms.

If you want to see a preview of what will happen in the future and remind yourself that, in the end, Christ wins every battle, read the book of Revelation.

St Jerome was right when he said: “The Scriptures are shallow enough for a babe to come and drink without fear of drowning…. and deep enough for a theologian to swim in without ever touching the bottom"

You CANNOT read the Bible and not have it change your life.

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

@csimons3 It’s hard! Sometimes you have to learn when to say no

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

@SecKennedy @HHSGov @theproducemoms I don’t know if RFK ever sees these comments, but I wanted to say I love what you are doing and the heart that you are doing it from. I’m a senior and I’ve never seen anything like this in government in my entire life. God bless you sir!

🚨Dengue fever update. Dengue is an RNA virus. Please listen to Dr. Zelenko explain how he’d treat all RNA viruses. Everyone is focused on pneumonic plague, but that’s not an issue yet. There is however the biggest Dengue outbreak in Florida since the 1940’s right now. https://t.co/M4ZfPOaMul

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

@zev_dr Thank you for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it very much

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

@zev_dr Ok i’m trying to figure out if you are saying no, this is not the normal zinc you can buy at a vitamin store. That’s really what I need to know – what to buy.

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

@TheBuckeyeNut Yes

[Destiny A @Destiny1010777]

@csimons3 I couldn’t wait to turn 40. Old enough to not make as many stupid decisions and have more balance, but young enough to still have the strength and vitality to take advantage of those intangibles and turn them into great results!

[Valerie Anne Smith @ValerieAnne1970]

RFK Jr. shocks Joe Rogan... WiFi causes 'leaky brain.'

"It degrades your mitochondria & opens up your blood brain barrier, allowing toxins & pathogens to enter the brain."

The US gov't silenced & shut down the research that proved the harmful effects of EMF, WiFi & Radiation.

• Dr. Allan Frey's Work on EMF and Radiation
Pioneered bioelectromagnetics in the 1960s; discovered the "Frey effect" (pulsed microwaves create audible sounds in the brain). Found low-level microwaves open the blood-brain barrier, allowing toxins in & causing neurological damage. Showed non-thermal effects on brain, eyes, heart & mitochondria via oxidative stress & cell death—challenging safety claims for WiFi/cell phones.

• How the Government Stopped the Research
Frey's blood-brain barrier findings threatened military/industry interests in the Cold War era. Faced pressure from Office of Naval Research & U.S. Army to hide results or lose funding. Pentagon-funded critics claimed non-replication but withheld data; Navy blocked publications. Post-1970s, U.S. non-thermal EMF research funding dried up despite international evidence of harm.

• Why Detoxification is Crucial for Mitochondrial Health
EMFs increase mitochondrial ROS production, leading to oxidative stress, reduced ATP, DNA damage, and dysfunction. This worsens toxin buildup (especially with leaked BBB) and disrupts circadian rhythms. Detox boosts antioxidants (glutathione, SOD) to neutralize ROS; tools like zeolite chelate heavy metals/radiation byproducts, restoring mitochondrial efficiency & reducing inflammation.

Turn off WiFi at night, use wired connections & detox daily.
