@mattdkerr @emilyorating @tha_rami And before anyone comes at me with "BUT MOOD DISORDER NOS" That is a single dx under the umbrella of mood disorders. You can have a dx adjusted as tx/dx criteria change, as well, which is often really confusing for patients when the reason for the change isn't explained.

@mattdkerr @emilyorating @tha_rami Bipolar is one series of diagnoses under the umbrella of mood disorders. Is he equally likely to have PMDD? "Mood disorder" is not a dx- and I was tested for Bipolar less than a month ago, by that very name.
Making everything offensive gives the actual bad guys legitimacy.

@emilyorating @tha_rami Wouldn't be surprised to see a bipolar spectrum disorder in there. All of that is very treatable and can make life so much less stressful/complicated. I hope he seeks clinical support, because he could channel that energy better & coach for responsibility avoidance.

@Notcrucial I have never seen that much chaos packed into one post. That man needs a differential diagnosis between severe ADHD and Bipolar spectrum disorders, not an assistant.

He could be so much happier and less stressed with the right treatment for whatever is happening there.

Lol, health and mental health three year detour. Turns out I have the worst luck in both environment and genetics, which saddled me with 11 diagnosed autoimmune disorders and some of those just nuke your serotonin levels.
