My days of flying @SouthwestAir are over. You delayed my flight by an hour, then we had to wait 20 mins for a pilot flying as a passenger. We start taxiing, & our pilot tells us we have to TURN AROUND for another one of your pilots who’s late! A 2+ hour delay due to your pilots.
