@gharkekalesh Well who cares. There are rules for the landlord to have the tenants vacate their property (based on the landlord rules). If your unable to pay (or your contract ends and doesn't get extended), the landlord has the right to vacate the tenant's property. This tenant didn't listen.

@ricardotorresg_ It's more of a memory corruption from the GPU. I say bring it out to Sony so they can either repair or replace the memory. I have received the console (late) - but they did happen to fix the issue.

@bethesda I never had an issue with BethesdaNet - but I am guessing if you did lose the connection (or were away from the web), the message box would be very irritating. So when is the new patch going to be out in order to resolve the 35 FPS and slow music?
