@Teamr3dbone361@NYSLabor Yes, the $10,200 is taxable under state tax. The worst if you live in NYC, UI doesn't withheld city tax, so you already owe the state 😡 @NYGovCuomo could have done something abt the $10,200 but he needed money so they can fund the $15K they want to give to TIN peep
@NYSLabor How can my sister send passport document stating that she never left the country? There's no way to attach a copy of her passport pages on the out of the country form
@NYSLabor my sister was asked to show proof that she was in the country yesterday, how can she email the copy of her passport, there's no button that shows attach document on the out of the country form given. TIA
@lejon_mcrae @CestLeSauce @NYSLabor After DM, it took 2 weeks for a representative to call me back. He called Sat. Monday, payment history changed by Friday backpay was released.
@LovelyKizzy @CestLeSauce @NYSLabor That's why I'm suggesting to DM. When you DM it will ask questions so when the representative call you back, they already know the history of your account. Good luck 🤞
@CestLeSauce @NYSLabor It took them 2 weeks to call back. After talking to the agent on a Sat, my payment history changed on Monday and got my backpay on Friday. Nope I didn't call them since everybody was complaining that u cant get through an agent
@jackiesimon1986 @CestLeSauce @NYSLabor Yes, I'm lucky. But we were 5 ofcmates, same situation, same bye. We did the same thing and got our backpay released after getting calls from agents.
