@Fatema12Nabila @NYSLabor The best way to do is by your laptop or chromebook always refresh your page every 2 minutes that's what I did got someone after 5 hours .

@Enigmvtic_ @NYSLabor @IDme I called they said it was because I am getting back payment's and it's normal I finally got to talk to a human after waiting 2 months also make sure u verify your identity cause I thought I did but found out I dint .
