🚨BREAKING: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis DROPS this line on the Supreme Court:
“Judicially mandating that foreigners are entitled to birth US citizens against the wishes of the people as reflected in law means we cease to be our own rulers.”
Do you firmly support DeSantis on this?
A. Huge Yes👍
B. No
The Senate should reconvene to debate the SAVE America Act and other legislation made more urgently needed by recent Supreme Court rulings.
Who’s with me?
There’s no time to waste.
@pwilsondtf We don’t need his vote. They don’t do anything in the Senate anyways. And Kentucky will call a special election to appoint someone else within 30 days.
🚨 BREAKING: Following the Supreme Court's pro-birthright citizenship ruling, Border Czar Tom Homan says immigration enforcement will SURGE
QUADRUPLE DOWN!! 🔥
"Now, we STEP UP *MORE* enforcement — even though we're doing record now — we need to do MORE! And not only that, we need to really buckle down on birth tourism."
"We have many investigations on birth tourism, but we need to triple, quadruple down on that!"
"I agree with Justice Alito...we have U.S. citizens by the thousands, by the millions, living in countries that I think are adversaries to us, that can come here and have an impact on how this country's run!"
@RNCResearch The MSM has polluted the minds of half the country. The MSM is a pathogenic virus! The Democrats have been lied to by their party, deep state, and the MSM.
SEN. SCOTT: SCOTUS BIRTHRIGHT RULING MAKES NO SENSE
@SenRickScott blasts the Supreme Court's birthright citizenship ruling, arguing it creates incentives that were "never intended" and says America must tighten vetting to protect the value of U.S. citizenship.
The Supreme Court gave away American sovereignty.
Roberts, Barrett, and three liberals.
They scratched out half of the 14th Amendment and handed birthright citizenship to Chinese birth tourists and illegal aliens.
This is lawless.
This is vanity over country.
Roberts chose legacy over law.
That's a betrayal.
We don't get black pilled. We fight.
Thanks for having me, @JackPosobiec.
Hasan Piker was born in New Jersey to Turkish nationals who then took him back to Turkey, where he was raised.
Basically the poster child for why the Supreme Court got it wrong today.
🚨STATEMENT: Rep. Roy Votes Against Rule on NDAA.
“I had no choice but to vote NO on today’s rule to proceed to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) because House Republican Leadership has once again failed to keep its promises to codify President Trump’s border policies into law, along with other key conservative priorities that remain stalled.
While I appreciate the efforts to strengthen the bill and make important amendments in order—including my amendments to combat the New World Screwworm and prohibit the training of foreign nationals at our military academies—we must use every ounce of leverage available to make President Trump’s border policies permanent.
I remain hopeful we can move forward soon with a productive, conservative agenda. Authorizing our Department of War and strengthening our national defense are essential, but House Leadership must first demonstrate that it is serious about delivering on the commitments it has made."

Filibusters can be broken—even without the nuclear option.
History tells us how.
@BrasfieldAshley breaks it down in this excellent article—and explains how we could use this to pass the SAVE America Act.
@theshahofchi@RonDeSantis Wrong, with enough state legislatures a constitutional convention can be convened to pass amendments to the constitution. Congress passes laws. The supreme court interprets whether those laws are constitutional.
No, Desantis is not stupid.
This is false on more than one level:
1. Congress cannot legislate in violation of the Constitution.
2. Congress has no authority to ratify changes to the Constitution; it can only propose changes. The Constitution can only be amended upon the ratification of 3/4s of the states.
Chinese birth tourists fly in, have a baby, fly home, and never come back.
That child gets a Social Security number and gets to vote.
It will mail ballots from China.
It will collect Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.
All the benefits with none of the allegiance.
That is not what the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment intended.
They wrote it to give citizenship to the children of freed slaves. Not to hand it out to the world.
Thanks for having me, @AndrewKolvet.
Congress should pass a bill limiting today’s birthright-citizenship ruling.
Still reviewing the opinions to assess what’s possible, but all options need to be on the table.
Congress should define what it means to be born in the U.S. “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”
