Turns out, you didn't find a driver, and I had to make alternate travel arrangements on my own so that I do not miss my connection in the morning.

I submitted a refund request which got denied due to the ticket getting updated. I never boarded that bus. I need my money back.

I was supposed to be on the Buffalo - Newark bus on 11/18 and it got canceled due to the driver not showing up.

Mailroom confirms recieving only 1 package today. I had to run down the street to catch hold of the driver who mentioned he put it in the amazon lock boxes.

There's nothing on my name in the boxes. The driver left without offering any help locating the package.
