@rusabuilds I get it, but I mean this is apple they could do some checks or use a virtual version of Xcode just for publishing. I heard Xcode Cloud is the way, I stick to my macOS VM with stable Xcode. Fair enough I guess

Still can’t understand why Apple blocks app submissions on macOS betas. You should at least be able to use stable Xcode alongside Xcode Beta to upload.
