Update: Police officers deployed to Osun State for the August 15 elections are still stranded in the state, complaining of neglect, poor welfare and harsh living conditions 3-weeks after the election. Davido says they were perhaps abandoned because they didn’t “deliver”.
Sahara Reporters reached out to the Osun State Police PRO, Abiodun Ojelabi, but he has yet to respond, while officers say they have not received any communication.
