@united currently on flight 2215 from EWR to MCO you made everyone after boarding group 3 check carry-ons claiming there was no over head space. There is plenty of space still left after everyone boarded!! This is unfair

@TravelGov we applied 10 weeks ago with expedited passport. Status still “in progress”. We leave in 4 days and all you tell us is to wait. This is down right outrageous. We can’t just keep waiting. WE NEED RESULTS!!
