We have problems with them for 1 month, their support is awful and doesn't understand the root problem.

We have to debug ourselves their own code. They take 1 week to answer and completely out. (And we are paying them 5k/month)

For any app scaling to 1000+ users, with diversity of wallets used, I don't recommend at ALL Privy.

We will shortly migrate off soon

DiversiFi Open Beta - The Actual Update

First: thank you to everyone who tested, gave feedback, and helped shape the product during closed beta. Based on your input, we've shipped a new UI and removed the access code. DiversiFi is now open to everyone.

Where We Are Today

We want to give you a clear update on where we are.
When we started building DiversiFi, the idea was simple: build structured index strategies that users could buy into and let run. That part worked. People used the product, gave feedback, and engaged with it.
But through that process, it became clear that crypto users want more autonomy than we initially assumed.

The indexes worked, but they were only part of the picture. They proved the concept, but they didn’t unlock the full potential of the technology or the value it could bring to Solana and the people in the ecosystem we consider home.
That’s what led us to a harder question: does the index itself even make sense as the product? So we went deeper.

The Shift from Index to Protocol

That’s where our thinking shifted, and the answer wasn’t in improving the indexes themselves, it was in the technology underneath them.
The real value here is more than the indexes themselves. It’s the technology behind them: automatic rebalancing, composability, and the ability to apply this logic to any portfolio. That’s where the real advantage comes from, and it allows portfolios to be managed in a way that wasn’t possible before.

Once that became clear, it changed the direction of what we’re building. Instead of focusing on indexes, the focus shifted to how this technology can be applied more broadly, and that’s what led us to the DiversiFi Protocol.
We’re still building it. We’re not ready to fully present it yet, but we are close enough to start preparing you for it.

Early Supporters

Before making this transition, we also took a snapshot of all early users. It’s how we recognize the people who supported us early and contributed to the product. We will honor that, and we’ll share how once we’re ready to do it properly.

We also understand that changes like this raise immediate questions. If you’re using the platform today, the first thing you’re probably thinking is what this means for your positions, your funds, and what happens next.

Nothing changes for your current positions. Your funds remain exactly where they are, you can withdraw at any time, and the vaults you’re in continue to operate as expected. If anything changes in the future, you will be informed clearly and in advance.

If anything is unclear, we want to hear it directly, and we’ll be hosting an AMA about what changed, why it changed, and what comes next.

What Comes Next

From here, we’re shifting focus toward the protocol. Over the coming weeks, we’ll start sharing more about what it is, how it works, and why we believe it matters.

We’ve already hinted at it, and soon we'll share more. There’s a reason to be bullish, there’s a reason to be happy.

We now understand much more clearly how and where this technology can best serve the ecosystem. We believe that the technology behind this is truly unique on Solana. It’s more than an index surface, it’s the rebalancing protocol and the composability behind it, and that brings an entirely new dimension to crypto. Because of that, it’s something that should exist for people to use.

We feel like this journey is just getting started, and we are 100% certain that you will be as excited about what we’re building as we are.
